Curitiba / Morretes

November/2002 Silvana and me travelled to Curitiba and Morretes.
Curitiba - The capital of Parana is 304 years old and is located in the south of Brazil.
Most of its 1.5 million population are descendants of immigrants from Italy, Poland,
Germany, Ukraine, Japan, Syria and Lebanon. Acclaimed nationally and internationally
for its innovative urban solutions, the city relies on the country's most efficient
public transportation system and boasts 52 m2 of green area per inhabitant,
causing it to be called "Brazil's Ecological Capital."

Train from Curitiba to Morretes
Morretes is a village between Curitiba and the sea. A train go to Morretes every day. Remember to buy the ticket on left side of train for the best views.

Inside train
If you are travelling with your partner just ask to someone by side to take a picture of you. Tourists are usually kind people.
